Mavericks Overwhelm Top-Seeded Suns, 123-90

Led by Luka Doncic's dominant performance of 26 points, 13 rebounds, and nine assists, the No. 4 seed Dallas Mavericks secured a stunning 123-90 victory over the No. 1 seed Phoenix Suns in Game 7 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Sunday night.

From the outset, the Mavericks asserted their dominance, jumping out to a commanding 57-27 lead over the Suns. Dončić orchestrated the team's relentless offense, while the defense suffocated Phoenix, holding them to just nine field goals in the first half.

The Suns, who had held a 3-2 series lead, were unable to recover from the Mavericks' early surge. Dončić and his teammates continued to pour it on, with the Mavericks winning by a margin of 33 points, the largest for a road team in Game 7 of an NBA playoff series since 2011.

This victory marks a historic moment for the Mavericks franchise. It is the first time they have reached the Western Conference Finals since 2011, and only the fifth time in their history.

The Mavericks will now face either the Golden State Warriors or the Memphis Grizzlies in the Western Conference Finals. Game 1 of that series is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16.
